Five Minute Pita Pizzas

You know I'm all about making your life easier. When I share dinner ideas on the blog- they are usually easy, fast and delicious meals that are family friendly and I said easy? I do not have time or energy for anything else most nights, and if I can do something that all three of us love and eat, (as well as keep the apartment clean, get my child bathed and in bed and still have some energy left at the end of the day) I feel like Wonder Woman.

Y Pita pizza a very common thing? Am I not share my discovery with you but remarkable Outing myself as the last person on the planet to realize how easy and tasty it is the point? I hope this is the first option, but either way it is here

First step :. Start with a piece of pita or flatbread pocketless, (I like Greek kind you use to Gyros.)

Step :. Spread the sauce of your choice, marinara, pesto, white sauce all would be great

Third step: Toppings- cheese course, vegetables, meat, you know up Drill as you like. My favorite thing to use are provolone sausage slices, they blend perfectly and are so easy. But mozzarella or cheese you work.

Five Minute Pita Pizzas

I want to make these pizzas in the toaster oven. They cook to perfection in minutes, and the crust is always very crisp. If you do have one, they can be made in your regular oven and of course, (I will give instructions to the two options in the recipe.)

This has saved me several times in the past few weeks. I tell myself that I can always keep pitas, cheese and sauce in the house, then throw out everything we have to do a quick dinner when I have nothing planned. Hugo loved the fungus but a hated it is meat meal easy to customize them for your family? I love this recipe and how fast I can be eating homemade pizza with a crisp crust and delicious (I prefer some of the varieties home, I tried it.)

Five minute Pita pizza
Ingredients
  • 4 flatbreads pockless pita
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices of provolone cheese (mozzarella or other cheese would work well too!)
  • pepperoni, sausage , vegetables or other toppings of your choice
Instructions
Spend a few tablespoons of sauce on each pita, leaving a little crust around the edge. Top with 3 slices each and every meat / vegetables you like.
  1. Place the pitas one at a time directly on the grill of a toaster oven. Toast for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  2. bake at 450F Alternately- on a cookie sheet for about 10 minutes, or until golden, broiler for a minute or two to get the supplement in crisp head if desired.
