Hello! Today I am so happy to be the customer display on my friend's blog Delicious Siriously Siri. If you're not familiar, is a funny and talented girl whose site I loved playing for a while. She just had a new baby, she needed a blog-love when she is fit to have two children.

DIY Vanilla Wafers
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk (or half and half)
- 2 cups all purpose
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add egg, vanilla and milk and mix well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir well.
- Either pick up the dough in a large piping bag (or just a ziploc bag) and press dough rounds. OR- just use a small spoon to 1inch round part on a cookie sheet. Use your fingers to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the funds start to brown. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool. Serve or store in an airtight container.
