Milk and cookies Pops

Milk and cookies Pops -

milkandcookiepops2

I promised you guys at least another frozen treat popsicle before the summer and the is man good. Popsicle molds are so much fun you guys. It is so exciting to think about all the things you can cram in, freeze and turn into a frozen impressive feast! Chocolate chip cookies dipped in milk is one of my all-time favorite things and so you can imagine how much I loved these pops.

freshly baked cookies with chocolate chips are divided into bits and stuffed into molds. (I filled mine up, but they were enough that when we added milk, it fills all the nooks and crannies so perfectly loose!) A combo of condensed milk and regular milk is poured over, soaking in cookies. Now, did you know that sweetened condensed milk does not freeze all the way? It is actually perfect for them because it keeps the super soft and creamy texture. No hard icy rock appears straight out of the freezer. Only creamy, fluffy goodness, with ice-like texture dotted bits- cookies to die for!

Now I have to fancy popsicle molds makes this process as easy and convenient, but you can certainly do without these! Buy Dixie paper cups and popsicle sticks and there you go. If you are in the market for so-molds are the ones I use Amazon - they're awesome
